Loders Creek is located centrally in the Gold Coast region. It rises in the suburbs of Ashmore and Belview Park and runs through Southport before discharging into the Broadwater at Labrador.

The creek is a valuable part of the Gold Coast's famous waterways. The health of it and it's future as an environmental, recreational and educational amenity is dependent on us all.

Over 25% of the creek is in constructed rains, with the remainder a narrow channel that runs past schools, sporting grounds, light industry, parks, fast food outlets and some remnant forest.
